Everyone on the plan draws from one shared credit pool. The whole team works from a single balance instead of separate per-seat allowances.

Set a minimum balance and a top-up amount. When the shared pool falls below your threshold, it refills automatically, so the team never runs out mid-project.

Seats can be added or removed as your team evolves.

An Admin handles billing, the seat limit, and member access:

• Invite or remove members
• Add seats (effective immediately, prorated) or reduce them (effective next cycle)
• Review each member's usage

On Enterprise, admins can also export each member's detailed generation history as CSV.

Yes, on Enterprise. Enterprise admins get access control over AI models, deciding which ones members can use. This isn't available on the Team plan, where everyone shares the same access.

Yes. You can belong to multiple team workspaces and switch between them anytime from the workspace picker.

Admins can cancel anytime. The team keeps access to the workspace and shared credits until the end of the current billing cycle. Unused credits expire and cannot be transferred to a personal account.

You do. Your organization retains full ownership of everything your team creates, both inputs and outputs, with full commercial license.

On paid plans, Beeble never trains on your content. Beeble's own models don't train on customer data, and most third-party models offered on our platform are cleared the same way. As an open platform, we also give you access to cutting-edge models that may carry different terms. For full transparency, we document the policy for every model in our model list.

SOC 2 Type II certification is in progress, expected in 2026. Enterprise adds custom SSO and AI model permission controls.
